Delivery, Returns, Cancellation of Orders

Delivery

Within the UK: We aim to deliver your item to you within 14 working days of receiving payment. All orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class delivery service, which allows for the item to be tracked for your peace of mind.

Items bought during any sales we have will usually take longer than the 14 working days, due to the high volume of orders received. Please take note of this before purchasing, or contact us before purchasing to get an estimated delivery date. 

International orders: International deliveries may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. 

Returns

Returns are not accepted as all items are made to order. 

Cancelling Orders

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order this must be done within 3 days of placing the order. If the order is cancelled after the 3 days, a fee of £10 will be deducted from the refund. If the order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel the order.
