FAQ's

• How do I know which size to order?
  

All of our items are made in a 'free size' unless otherwise stated. The sizes (size 52, size 54 etc) refer to the length of the items. For example, size 54 would mean the item is 54 inches long from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the item.

• Can I track my order?

Of course! Please email us if you would like to know the status of your order and we will provide you with the tracking number. 

• The item I want is out of stock, will you be restocking it? 

Most of our items are limited pieces and so on the majority of occasions we will not be restocking our items. However, please do feel free to email us to enquire about an item. 

• Can I return a custom order? 
  

Custom orders and items that have been altered cannot be returned. 

• It has been over 14 days, can I still return an item?
  

 No.

• Can I reserve an item?

No, items cannot be reserved. 

• Do your items come with a matching scarf?

Some of our items do. However these are free and subject to availability. The majority of our pieces currently do not come with a free scarf and must be purchased separately.
